  • Yes we can! We have a Gift-Aid-Only solution for charities of all sizes. This plan is perfect is you prefer to manage donations outside of The Donation App, but still need a simple way to claim Gift Aid periodically.

  • Absolutely! If you’re a charity that’s not registered for Gift Aid yet, you can still receive donations. We’d simply turn off the Gift Aid feature.

  • Yes! Donors love direct bank transfers because it’s one of the easiest ways to make a donation. A few taps in their mobile banking app and it’s done! However this creates a huge admin burden for charities when it comes to managing declarations and processing claims. We have a proprietary solution that completely eliminates the time-consuming admin work associated with direct bank transfers without getting in the way of donors.

  • Yes we can. Our recommended set-up would depend on the level of autonomy branches have. For instance, each branch can have their own donation form linked to their own bank account even if you claim Gift Aid as a single entity.
